Not Even A Tower (NEAT) is an 
Easy difficulty, ascension-based Mini Tower located in 
Ring 1. It was made by ObrenTune. It was the first Mini Tower ever created. Like other Mini Towers, it does not award Positive Energy and therefore does not count towards unlocking new rings. It however awards a badge, called "Can You Even Call This a Tower?".
Location
This Mini Tower's portal is located in Ring 1's "Cat Therapy" area. Behind the picture of a tiny black cat crying behind a mesh of a cat on the left wall, there is a hole in the wall. Jump through it, and you'll find yourself in a small alcove containing a transparent portal.

History
- This tower was added to the game on January 2, 2019.[citation needed]
- On January 10, 2019, this tower received an extension from three floors to five floors and was temporarily placed at Medium difficulty until the Ring 1 difficulty reclassification had happened.[citation needed]
- On Halloween Event 2019, NEAT was made harder as all of the jumps were turned transparent and were renamed to "DEAD".
- On February 23, 2021, in the JToH Discord Server, uuuuuuuurchinnnnnnnn sent an image in the channel "epic-stuff" of a pinned message on nelward's music video for "hi" of nelward requesting for people to "please stop explaining to me what NEAT is",[1] leading to all instances of "hi" being removed from JToH.
- At some point in June, mopeymocha began work on the song "neat".[2]
- On June 28, 2022, the video for the song was uploaded onto the JToH OST YouTube channel.[b]
- On Halloween Event 2023, NEAT was made easier as all platforms were changed to neon. There was also a hat on top of the mini tower.

Development
- This tower was made as an experiment to see how long it would take for one to find it.[citation needed]
- Its creation was the conception of the Mini Tower idea, or NEATs as they were known before Jukecallaa coined the term.[citation needed]
Challenges
- One of the September 2021 Monthly Challenges was to beat this mini tower in under 40 seconds.
