Christmas Event 2020 is an event that lasted from December 23, 2020, to February 11, 2021.

As usual, it follows the traditional event format of having three steeples with a boss battle at the end (Xeria and Aklough) but deviated slightly with the addition of a mandatory tower required to access the boss.

Presents could also be found hidden in specific towers and, in one case, at the end of an obby in Ring 8.

Subrealms

Old Frosted Kingdom

The Old Frosted Kingdom was the main area for the event, a small town engulfed in a blizzard so cold that its Christmas tree had frozen over. It contains the aforementioned steeples, which help to slowly thaw the tree in order to access the tower, the Tower of Hot Chocolate Fury.

There are a few NPCs nearby of the different people who helped in the event's creation that you can talk to. There is also a clocktower with an obby that grants you a wearable wizard's hat at the top.

An image of this area in the Silent Abyss is captioned with "Northern Allies", implying a connection to the greater JToH lore.

Upon the completion of ToHCF, the tree lights up and dispels the deadly spell that had been placed on the bridge to the nearby castle.

Lost Frigid Castle

Once home to the king and his guards, Xeria and Aklough fought their way in and appear to have massacred everyone inside, with the king's crown lying on a fountain just outside the castle gates. The ruins of their battle can be seen in the matchmaking area. Within lies the main arena for the battle as the now undead Frost King watches from his throne up above.

Beneath the stairs leading up the main structure is a miniature model of the original lobby for the event.

Present of Festive Memories		Found on Floor 5 of Tower of Keyboard Yeeting, Floor 5 of Tower of Killjoys, the killbrick maze on Tower of Anger, Floor 3 of Tower of Hecc, Floor 6 of Tower of Impossible Expectations, and floor 6 outside Tower of Annoyingly Simple Trials.
Present of Christmas Delights		Spawns very rarely on Floor 5 of Tower of Keyboard Yeeting, Floor 9 of Tower of Peaceful Happiness and Tranquility, Floor 3 of Tower of Hecc, and Floor 2 of Tower of Hands Sweating. Can also be obtained by completing the secret obby in Ring 8.
Present of Winter Frost		Obtained from defeating the bosses in the Frosted Kingdom.

Trivia

• Snow particles can be seen falling from the top of some towers.
• This is the first event to have almost every Ring be decorated for Christmas or snow/frozen.
• There is a hidden message in every photo. This is similar to Halloween Event 2020, where hidden words and letters were found in the teasers.
  • The first teaser's hidden message is "Somewhere in the snow."
  • The second teaser's hidden message is "A kingdom in dismay".
  • The third teaser does not have a hidden message, but it references 'Micolash, Host of the Nightmare', a boss from the game Bloodborne. This was later revealed to be a teaser for Tower of Hot Chocolate Fury.
  • The fourth teaser's hidden message is "You're the last hope".
  • The fifth teaser's hidden messages are "Go against all odds" and "And save everyone once"
  • The sixth teaser's hidden messages are "I s?all", "4 eyes" and "I br????". This teaser also has a non-hidden message that says "And for all".
  • The seventh teaser's message is “A wonderful landscape, untouched by the sun”.
• The Present of Christmas Delights model at the end of the Ring 8 obby is addressed to the Frost Knight Aklough, and was sent by Winter Cleric Xeria.
  • This present also appears to be on a throne, confirming that Aklough is the mysterious character from the sign in Ring 8, who left his throne.
• On December 25, 2020, the event was allegedly synapsed by an unknown Roblox user stated that he leaked the boss's name. However, it was entirely a joke, as he said the name was Micolash, Host of The Nightmare, which is a boss from the game Bloodborne.
• You can currently cross the bridge with killbricks on it because killbricks don't deal damage if you stand perfectly still. If you jump forward, wait, heal, and repeat, you can get to the other side of the bridge. However, there is an instakill barrier at the stairs, completed with a "no cheese" jumpscare.
• If you managed to clip into the castle before the final boss of the event was out and try to join, you'd get teleported to the Aradiant Guardian fight, the Halloween Event 2020 boss.
